1. Rights of regret, 30-days
No business is complete before you received your goods as well as tested and approved them. Therefore, you have a full 30 days to change your mind and return the product, which means you can get your money back if you are not completely satisfied. This is provided that the goods are unused and undamaged. Please contact us before you send the product back!
2. Change of product
When we received and processed your return, we will notify you by mail that we received the return. You will also receive an email when the package away from us, this is done normally 1-2 days after you received the first email. Please contact us before you send the product back!
The refund is normally made within two weeks from the date we received your return. In exceptional cases, it may take longer to repayment, but not longer than 30 days.
4. If you do not pick up your package
You have up to 14 days to collect your package unless it is delivered as commodity letters directly to your mailbox. Would not you pick up the package within that time, it is automatically sent back to us. You will be charged a fee of 250SEK (500SEK outside Sweden). Payment terms are 15 days net. The fee reflects the cost of handling fee, shipping, return shipping and handling.
5. Complaints or other issues
We believe in a good relationship with our fans and customers so if a problem arises with the products you bought from us please let us know about the problem so that we can bring this information to our manufacturers. It’s a win-win situation for us! Depending on how big the problem is we might give you a gift!
